Who is Joshua?

My son LJ is an amazing 5 year old, who has defied the odds. Despite being born with end stage renal disease, and recently undergoing a kidney transplant, he is a very playful, intelligent, and imaginative little boy. He has been through so much in his 5 short years, and I have learned so much. We invite you to continue this journey with us.

Being a single mother to a child with serious medical issues, life can be pretty demanding, and it becomes harder and harder to find time for yourself. Missing You

On August 25, 2012, Joshua lost his father, and I lost the love of my life. Not a day goes by that my heart doesn't bleed for him. I had to take a moment to celebrate our life together. He gave me the greatest gift I could ever ask for.
